New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that the revaluation process for class 12th students will commence on May 16th, 2023. It is great news for students who have been eagerly waiting for an opportunity to get their answer sheets rechecked. The CBSE class 12th board exams were conducted earlier this year, and the results were declared in July. However, several students were unhappy with their scores and requested a reevaluation. The board had assured them that the revaluation process would begin soon, and they have kept their promise.

The revaluation process will be available for all subjects, and students can apply for it online through the official website of CBSE. The last date for applying is May 30th, 2023. Students must pay a fee for the revaluation process, which is Rs. 500/- per subject.

The CBSE has also advised students to carefully review the instructions before applying for the revaluation. They have emphasized that the revaluation process does not guarantee an increase in marks, and the scores may even decrease after the revaluation. Moreover, the board will update the same on the official website if there is any change in the marks. On the other hand, the revaluation process is only for those students who still need to be satisfied with their scores and want to get their answer sheets rechecked. It is not a re-examination, and students cannot appear for the exam again.

The CBSE has also clarified that the revaluation process is being conducted keeping in mind the well-being of students, and it is a part of their commitment to providing a fair and transparent evaluation process. They have assured us that the revaluation process will be conducted promptly and efficiently. Students can expect the updated scores to be available within a few weeks.

In conclusion, the CBSE class 12th revaluation process is set to begin on May 16th, 2023. The board has advised students to carefully read the instructions before applying. It has emphasized that the revaluation process does not guarantee an increase in marks.
