KVS had the highest pass rate, which was 98 per cent. However, this year saw a slight decrease in the pass percentages of government schools and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs). 93.12% of the 21,86,940 students who registered for the Class 10 exams were deemed successful. The CBSE 10th exam was passed by 94.25% of girls and 92.27% of boys. Girls' and boys' overall Class 10 exam pass rates decreased by 1.53% and 1%, respectively.

The Trivandrum region received 99.91 per cent for both Classes 10 and 12, according to the CBSE Board results in 2023. The CBSE result link requires students to enter their roll number, school number, and admit card ID to download the mark sheet.

From 2020 to 22, the CBSE Class 10 outcomes improved and last year the general pass rate was at 94.40%. Because of the Coronavirus pandemic, the board pronounced the outcomes for both the classes in light of elective appraisal measures. Since the exams were given online, a significant increase had also been seen in the pass rates of government schools, government-aided schools, JNVs, and KVs.
